I've been diagnosing an exhaust leak, and this is where I saw soapy water bubbling (I had a blower pushing air into exhaust tip).
There shouldn't be any leaks from there, right? I want to make sure this before committing on buying a replacement turbine
it’s only a bushing so naturally it will leak some in order to have the necessary clearance for the shaft within it to rotate, but that clearance will most likely be much greater when cold than when at operating temperature.
.
Thanks everyone for your answers. I will assume that bubbling is normal.

Lately, I hear a strange noise (not loud, just barely) which resembles an exhaust leak (or at least it seems so to my ears).
I was trying to locate that "leak".
Just heard a Honda this weekend racing that kind of sounded like an exhaust leak on one cylinder once the turbo spooled, but it was just the boost controller mac valve duty cycle pulsing causing the wastegate to flutter.
