ive been checking everything with my multimeter, on the ignition i have 6v when i crank, at the starter cut relay i have 6v but at the clutch switch i have .7v i was thinking it should be 12v on everything, any ideas. For now i think i will run a switch.

battery is good, i thought it was bad so i switched it with a buddies. heres an update, does not crank, but if i jump the tab to positive it cranks. fuel pump does not turn on unless i jump the pins in the diagnostic port. i do not have spark. I'll double check all the fuses. if anyone has any ideas let me know.

First of all, do you have the vehicle's schematic with you? Dont guess what voltage you will have. Different manufacturers have their own ways of setting electricity. It can be 6 Vs, 5Vs and even 12 volts or 0. It all depends if it is hardwired from a fuse thats HOT all the time, or its ecu controlled.
Therefore, I strongly suggest you find our the schematic for the battery, check it from point to point and look you suspects that way.
Dont just go by judging the voltage you get, it wont do you any good that way. Not trying to put you down or anything, this way you can trace all the problem easier instead of doing things blindfolded.
If you dont have the online schematics, i've hyperlink you one =)

it seems my ecu doesnt have power, its one of the corner pins that should be constant right?

what is CAS crank angle sensor? also i double checked and all fuses are good. im considering ordering another harness as mine was pretty brittle, i would not be supprised if some wires broke that i did not notice.

yep CAS is the Crank Angle Sensors, theres 2 of them one white and one Grey. They are on the front of the Block behind the Main Pully. There is the Big vacuum chamber that is a bit in the way. I would just double check these plugs, make sure they are on tight, and the white one is ontop. They Tell the engine when to spark and inject fuel.
