will backfires kill my cat

too many search results, can't filter through.

wondering if backfires will destory my cat. seems like i'm getting more lately than before.

No they will not destroy your cat anymore then when the car was stock, however if the increase in backfires is due to you running rich, then it could clog your cat faster.

unless of course your talking about a pet cat, in which case watch out when hes near and those flames shoot out

I dont know about destroying your cat but you can burn a lot of the hair off. Just make sure you keep your cat inside the house or something if you plan on revving up your engine to shoot some flames.

clogging isn't good..don't want my cat to choke to death. need to get her to the vet for a checkup.

U can, when one rotor has fouled plugs.......... I had a constant "torch" coming outta my CB when that happened.

Looked like a jet fighter and had 2 kids ask me how I did that.
