im looking to get an engine built for my fd and was wondering who makes the best engine? even though i live in indiana it doesnt have to be close to me. any thoughts would be great.

 

From what I've read. You make the best engine.

If you think you're up to it, DIY.

 

i would say the japanese tuning houses make the best engines.

 

it depends on what you want the engine for....longevity, performance, or a little of both....i personally have a reman sitting in my FD that runs excellent (3500mi.)...full BPU and running 1bar of boost...

 

did you build your engine or did someone else? if someone else did who was it?

 

KDR made me a pretty good engine. I have no complaints so far (~5k miles).
