This is what your boost cycle should look like:

At WOT, 3d gear, everything stock, boost cycle is (rpm's approximate):

rpm ---- psi
3,000 -- 10
4,500 -- 8 (as 2d turbo comes on)
4,500+ 10 (recovers almost immediately)
6,000+ 8 (and holds to redline)

The Boost should TAPER off from 10>8 after 6k rpm This is because the STOCK setup dosen't flow well enough to maintain 10psi to redline. With a DP and Catback you should be holding 10psi (or better) to redline.
With my setup I get 11-8-11 normally and hold at least 10 to redline when the air temp is below 50 I get 12-10-12

Try doing the Air box Mod to improve flow to the turbos and add a CatBack to reduce ehxaust restriction. should then hold 10+ to redline with no problems.
