Check your Charge Relief Valve (CRV). When the car is at fast idle like when warming up the CRV will be dumping boost. I have noticed this often if I am working on the car and have the CRV hose disconnected from the airbox. Once the idle falls the air coming out the CRV hose diminishes.
It is pretty amazing how much air the primary turbo makes at just idle.
Anyways, if you have a leak of some sort around the hose or the valve or the airbox connection from the hose you will get a sound like you describe.

lol the sound isnt like a hiss, its like weeeaaaahaaaaa, not a hisssssssss, its almost annoying and high pitched, but not to the point where it hurts your ears. Like if I stand 10 ft away from my car, thats about as far as you can go to hear it.
