What are these??

Maybe I'm just stupid...but what are these? I'll start looking through the manual if I have too! I want them out of there if I can remove them.

I'm, uh, going through simplification steps (that's it!) and removing alot of unneeded items in the car at the moment.

They are both located in front of driver side firewall behind or near the brake/clutch reservoir.

Thanks

I do believe that is the ignition amp. Correct me if I'm wrong.

it looks like an igniter.............but they usually have two ends. Input and output. So not sure. And the 13b has coils............

I had to rewire one once on my sr20det with a vg30dett. Expensive little things.

The second pic looks like a resistor pack like in earlier S4's.

After closer inspection, it does say igniter on it.

I'm not sure about the second one that looks like a heat sink. Resister pack might be a good guess.

The second picture is for the electrical portion of the fuel pump system. So you don't wanna remove that.

first one is definitly the ignition igniter.... which is connected to the coils then the wires then the plugs which misfire all the time...
