What should I install next?

Mods are in my Sig. I know i need to get a boost controller, i'll hit 14 psi on the sec turbo really quick and i need to do a vac hose job. hittin 10-8-8 on my pattern. So i know i got a vac hose prob somewhere but haven't been able to find it.But after i get that fixed what should i do next? ECU, intercooler?

That depends on how you drive. If you like hitting the gas and you race the car often, get the intercooler. The last thing you want to do is to create more fuel/air mix and nothing to cool it off with. Cool the car first , then get the computer/injectors/fuel pump. put them in at the same time though. the fule system i mean.

You should look at a boost controller next, then a PowerFC. You don't necessarily need pump/injectors/etc. if you're staying conservative on the boost.

Those two things are enough to keep you busy troubleshooting for a while

10-8-8 might also be caused by a clogged cat. pull the front bolts off and lower it so you can shine a light in there to see what the core looks like. if it looks like clean mesh, you're good to go. if it looks like a clogged shower drain, it is clogged.

i would personally do the intercooler first. search on some threads by rynberg. the stock ecu will be able to support those mods so long as you keep boost set to 10psi.

actually, i take that back. since you have a street port, i'd do the ECU first so that you can get correct timing and fuel.

PFC, with your boost pattern i would not spend the time doing a hose job either. Search for a site on boosting problems it may be easier to pin point it that way.

Thanks All, I'll prob still do the vac hose job. Alot of the stock vac hoeses are still there and really ******* HARD. Dosn't give me a warm fussy. I've been driving her but not really boosting a lot cause of the boost issue. So it looks like boost controler and ECU in NOV. So is the PFC the best bang for the buck? and any recomendations on boost controllers? Thanx Again...

PFC is great b/c it can scale to your mods and can be tuned specifically to your car. Some people are able to control boost well with the Power FC. Others had better luck with a separate boost controller.

I like the old Profec B with the 2 ***** mostly b/c of the ease of adjustment but the Profec B Spec II is supposed to work well also (just a little harder to setup).
