what plug is this?

Ladies and gentlemen could anyone please tell me what the blue and orange plug is in these pics, I got under there and realized it is not plugged in. Can anyone tell me where it is supposed to go, I just can't remember and have no obvious places for it to go. thanx

to me that looks like an injector wire, unless it connects to the sensor on the ACV or a solenoid in the rack.

Check the injectors are all plugged in as they are not easy to see and will FUBAR your engine if left unplugged!

those pics are from before I touched anything under the manifold. It was like that before I ever messed with the engine. That is why after doing it I was wondering about that plug.?

EGR switch.
It connects to the switch on the EGR that monitors the operation of the EGR valve. Pretty sure it's only connected on cars that have Cali emissions. That switch is the cause of so many CEL code 16s. Consider yourself lucky you won't ever see that code
