Weird buzz then won't start

Tried searching for this but no luck. Randomly when I go to start my fd it makes a buzzing sound when the key is turned on and when I go to start it, it just turns over with no intention to start...The rpm's don't even jump or anything. I can turn the key on then off and the buzzing sound goes off obviously when I turn the igniton off but comes back when I turn it on again. Then it will just go away after a few minutes and start right up? Anyone know what is happening? Thanks

I changed my spark plug wires for a unrelated reason and have not had this buzzing sound since. IMO the old wires were not in good shape and probably sucked to begin with.

I seem to be having the same problem. The buzzing is the ISC...but my car still doesn't start. I changed the plugs but still nothing. I'm going to deflood the engine tomorrow...hopefully that is the problem if not fuelpump is the next thing.

I'm pretty sure its my fuel pump. I took the pump out the tank and connected again. When I put the car on accessory to hear the fuel pump....no sound at all, my ear was literally up on the actual pump...nothing. I also must say when I was disconnecting the fuel lines from the pump the lines didn't have fuel in them. This has to be the problem...this just gives me an excuse to buy a walboro 255 Anymore input would be appreciated.

Just guessing but jumper from ground to motor, you can use jumper cables. I had that problem on old t11 and was a ground problem. Made noise alot like that.

Update: Turns out the intercooler was pinching the wires on the radiator fans causing this.
