i took a shot and ask him for the skirts , and he had them...
then i talked him into making me a vmount
he isnt in business
but if you e-mail him for something and he has it in stock he'll ship it...
i just talked to him and he said if i posted pics to tell anyone that might be thinking about a vmount , to e-mail him and talk to him first ...
he doesnt want to get a $#!t load of orders ...
i guess i caught him at the right time...

Looks really nice, your FD is in very good shape, congrats
Were you able to mount the oem undertray with the v mount? what did you do about rad hoses, did chuck supply them?

I noticed that you have the same center speaker triple gauge pod that I do in my FD. Car looks sharp, I've been toying around with the idea of sideskirts for awhile, either OEM or the ones you have, hmmmmm....

and the side skirts, i looked through every pic in the picture thread ...and luv the feed skirts ...
i keep the stock mud flaps(or whatever you call them) and cut around them to fit the skirts (to save the paint)...same for the back(the black thing in front of the rear wheel)

get Exhaust temp. it helps you to read if ur running lean or rich. or u can get a/f ration guage, but they usually work better w/ a wide band O2 sensor. i find either one of those to be a great 3rd most important guage.
car looks nice. how'd u clean the engine bay btw... its so cleeeaannn *envy*

im going to be getting a power fc, in the spring(maybe winter) along with exhaust ...and maybe a back-up motor ...so i really dont know what gauge i need...
anyway i used gunk engine cleaner, sit for 2-3 mins...hose it off and spray the engine down with tire foam...close the hood and start/run the car until engines warm...
i bought the ic unpolished (chucks polishing guy is out of business)
i wiped the pipes down with metal polish for now...
and i painted the plastic y- pipe for now....

ahhhh.... tire foam. never thought of that one or read from the searches. very cool
for ur IC piping, you can try "Mother's" metal/aluminum polish. it works insanely well. can make ur IC piping look very close to intercooler. u'd be amazed if u haven't tried it yet.

a/c is for pussies. I deleted my a/c in the middle of the texas summer, and my R1 has an all black interior. All my ladies just *loved* riding around with me in 100 degree heat, I even removed the shift boot heat shield to make them sweat a little more

the side skirts were $385 shipped ...flat black...i got them because when i ordered the r1 lip ...it needed a little something on the sides ...
and here are the pics of the undertray...not that great but i dont have a lift...(dont we all wish we had one)
it rounds down a little on the drivers side, besides that, its fine...had to cut the left and right front sides...for the brackets and ps lines

preludesh2000: Did you have any issues with the p/s? I'm surprised you got the a/c lines to work without cutting/welding.
