Question Violent bursts from exhaust under throttle, undrivable. (with Video)

Hey guys, tried to drive my car this morning. Something happened and it's now completely undrivable.

Car: 1993 RX-7 (FD3S)
Trim: Touring
Miles: 100k
Mods: None

symptoms: Unable to rev the car at a normal pace on and off gear.
"poping" sounds from exhaust outlet gradually become louder/violent when the throttle is held.

demonstration:
Note: Car is not in gear and is stationary.
Cluster does not operate per OEM specification.
1st part: full throttle quickly, hold throttle. listen to noise
repeat demonstration.
2nd part: full throttle very slowly to avoid bursting sounds, may sustain rev as long as i maintain a slow and steady pace.
repeat demonstration
3rd part: full throttle at a normal driving rate, listen to noise. let off seconds later.

boost gauge will not pass 0psi at anytime. engine will not rev any higher when symptoms occur.

I just shot a video and uploaded it.

You are in limp mode. Run your codes and search only a handful of issues will cause it. Most common are omp failure, knock sensor wiring or going non-sequential and no emissions without installing 330 ohm 1/2 watt resistors.

Please refer to the video link below for a video of the CEL code:

I need help deciphering it. I'm not too sure if I'm reading it correctly.
i'm reading
30: Solenoid valve - split air bypass
39: Solenoid valve - relief 2

solutions or meanings?

Not sure where to start. Part numbers, and what's relief 2? I'll search more.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

pictures of parts (installed) would be nice.

turbo relief and split bypass , are the 2 blow off valves that come out of the Y pipe just above the turbo , Normally they are plastic and one is brown The other black , and the hoses go into the stock air box .

Second , The turbo control . I'm not sure what code causes the turbo control to go off I've never even driven on the stock ECU , But start with the easiest thing which is the Waste gate control solenoids , thats the 2 solenoids that are together infront of the upper intake manifold on the passenger side of the car it is right behind the plastic air tank . I dont know if that would cause the ECU to go into limp mode , BUT if I were a mazda engineer , and the waste gate / pre control solenoids were bad . I'd definitely make the car go into limp mode so it doesnt over boost and go boom .
