If you are running sequentially then you have one blow off valve. And yes you do disconect it from the intake side. Make sure to block off that hole where the blow off valve hooked up to. If you are running non-sequential then you have two blow off valves (the other one becomes a blow off valve as well). If you vent both of them to atmosphere they will be pretty loud.

What worked well for me to cap the airbox hole was to keep the piece of rubber that is normally between the bov and the airbox on there, put a 20 oz cap over the end of the rubber where the bov connected, then use the clamp that was being used to hold the hose on the bov to help clamp down the cap. It's a tight fit, no leaks and it's stayed on so far (2 months or so).

If any of you play paintball, and have a Tank for there gun, the flexible plastic cover for the threads fit's perfectly and is air tight. At least thats what my friend said that did it. Just thought you might like to know. I may or may not try it, not sure yet.

Sounds good to me. However the only valve that I have venting into the atmosphere is the stock BOV while the stock CRV is still connected into the air box, therefore I'll have only one hole to worry about. I will get to that ASAP.
So the best choice of plug comes from Coke bottles? What about the big black rubber stoppers that you can get from them hardware stores?

Heh.. noone searches anything LOL
Anyway, I bought black rubber table feet from Home Depot. They fit perfectly and tightly, and they look like they were meant to be there and do not catch the eye easily. I forget the correct diameter, just take the BOV hose to the store and find a rubber foot that matches it as closely as possible on the inside diameter and you're golden.
