What do you like better your motor of looks?

I ask because a FMIC blocks the air going to the radiator=less efficient cooling of your motor. Also there is not really a universal intercooler and most of the ebay intercoolers although larger may be worse than what you already have.

Unless you plan to fabricate you own piping, I would suggest going with a kit instead. The Blitz kit is good and IIRC doesn't require hacking up the car to install (I believe it can also be installed with the front bumper still on the car).

Did you really ask that question? What kind of responses did you think you were going to get? "I don't care what it does, as long as it looks cool."

Haha no, no he's not. But what would your fake intercooler be without a fake BOV sound to go with it?

I have the Ultimate Intercooler, it's called N.A. it's so cool the cops can't even see it...

Sorry I can't give meaningful advice anymore I'm driving off a cliff like n.houstonrx7 suggested because I can't use search and make up my own conclusions....

I have the blitz one and its awesome. The core is huge and it comes with all of the brackets to relocate everything you need. You also don't need to take off the bumper to install it. I haven't noticed that my car runs any hotter than with the stock mount I had but there is definitly more performance there.

All you people.

Be pissed off if you don't like searching especially on a subject that has been so covered.

And with a sentence like "i want to put a FMIC on my fd, i do not care about major gains in power just mainly looks" what did you expect as a reaction, yeah we all just want to look cool?

anyone can do research all day on the internet . . .

but it takes a real special kind of person to forego the research and do something as uniquely empowering as post a question that has been answered a million times on a forum

you sir, have indeed set yourself apart from we mere mortals that try to educate ourselves before we distract others

you sir, are clearly deservant of everyone's service. . .now you better apologize dradon03!

if u mainly care for looks, any name brand FMIC will work. like mentioned: Greddy, Blitz, Apexi, HKS. They will save u a lot of time looking for fabricator to make pipings for a cheap generic intercooler. Prevent any headache and make ur life easier

if money is the main issue, just get a Greddy M-core Front Mount InterCooler from rx7store.net

its the cheapest intercooler kit u can possibly get while looking clean and have bling factor. that is the cheapest i would go for a FM intercooler

Blitz, for the reasons already listed: MUCH easier install than a greddy, big core, kit is complete, looks great!

what exactly are you saying "or what" to?

to me telling dradon03 to apologize to you?

no need to apologize. . .it happens all the time, and will contine to happen alll the time.

for the extra special eye catching look, you should get a platinum intercooler with diamond bezels
