Uh, is this suppose to be like this
PFC commander says at idle, my trailing plugs are at -9 deg and my leadings are running at -19 deg.

Fouled plugs?

Do you mean you think it's referring to temperature? It's referring to ignition timing relative to top dead center. The PFC couldn't tell you anything about fowled plugs.
