No, not even close. If you want to make 500 (motor) hp on twins, click the dyno video link in my signature, then send me a PM if interested. They're for sale

Try something like that. You pretty much have to make your own set-up for that much power.... There have been a few twin T4 FD's and some smaller GT series twin turbo set-ups that have been posted on the forum recently. Try searching for "custom twin" and you should find some good stuff. I did a quick browse and found some more threads that discuss custom twin set-ups:

And there's more. Just search.

i think 2 GT28 RS turbos would be perfect match for the 13b. should spool fast, with gobbs of power.

The BNR3s are similar to a plain bearing version of this.

If you wanted to go total custom, you can be (probably the first on an FD) to try series sequential, where the compressor side of one turbo is directly hooked up into the intake of the next turbo. That would probably yield a huge amount of power.

ohh right... forgot about these. ive seen them before on a mustang... looks crazy, and the funny thing is the turbos themselves spool each other. the exhaust are also interconnected.... the first turbo the exhaust hits compresses air that pushes first through the second turbo, then exhaust comes out the exit and enters the second turbo, which spools more air.. nice concept indeed... i think they were extremely effiecient.

Yup, but the stock exhaust manifold isn't capable of 800 hp
