Ground related?

Ok guys,need some input.Although I DO have the 2-2200 rpm hesitation(i know.. the ground fix)I also noticed something else that I need help getting explained.The rich/lean gauge actually changes(drops) when i turn on the lights,and not to mention the radio.I have a 1000 watt Audiobahn amp and 2 10s and it makes the car almost shut off,and its not even on high volume!

Anyway,do you guys think its that ground problem that causes the hesitation to the RPMs or something else?I have tested the alternator and that test is good,wiring for the amplifier/radio is done right as well.
