Turbos not spooling, backfiring instead!

Hey everyone,

Have a problem on my hands, not sure what to do. It started when I removed the UIM to replace a few hardened vac lines. I assembled everything back the way it was, as meticulously as possible and now the turbos are not spooling at all! My first thought was the green solenoid that bolts to the UIM was the culprit. Could switching the 2 connectors do something like this?

Note: The engine idles perfectly, but it won't go past 6k rpm before backfiring like I've never heard. The intake temp also seemed abnormally high. Any advice greatly appreciated, and have a great day!

Map sensor is fine, double checked! Adjusted the TPS sensor to the correct voltages and the rpm is still idling around 1500 and its backfiring. Also the rmp will hover And take a lot longer to drop down to 1500

take the intake manifold back off and check all the lines to make sure everything is hooked up correctly

Its in limp mode. Pull the codes and it will lead you to the problem.

Took off the UIM very thoroughly went through all the vacuum lines. One check valve broke in the process, so I just put a new line there, so missing that. Also I may have mixed up the 2 connectors on the green duty solenoid (bolted to the UIM under the black plastic pressure tank). One connection had brown marked wire if anyone knows if that has any indication of how to plug them back in. I will check for the limp mode

You can't simply delete check valves.

Didn't lose a dime on the car, and replaced it with a 99 spec fd. Seems strange that one check valve would cause the whole turbo system to malfunction
