turbo upgrades....

i'm running 330 hp on stock twins and stock boost. i wanna upgrade my turbos into another set of better twins...i see a lot of nice big single turbo conversions, but prefer keeping it twin. anyone ever done a twin turbo upgrade that can give me some heads up on what i am dealing with...or where to start looking.

Like rynberg said, i'd look into the BNR's.

Can be run non-seq or seq.

how exactly did you calculate 330 on stock twins / stock boost?

is this an actual dyno number?

Er yeah, you might be making 330 at the flywheel, but no way at the rear wheels. Not at stock boost. A well tuned fully modded twin car with a streetport will generally make 300-310 rwhp at stock boost.

Stock motor, stock turbos @ 10 psi producing 330 at the wheels? I don't think so.

That's 390 flywheel hp from a motor that made 255 stock, with nothing more that breathing-enhancing bolt ons? nope.

Put it this way: the best numbers i've seen for ANY car using ANY sequential derivitive of the twin turbos is maybe 385 rwhp @ 15 psi on a streetported motor. Subtract 10 hp per/ # of boost, and you're looking at 335 @ 10 psi. If you're pulling that with stock motor and turbos, I suggest you KEEP whatever turbos you have, because they are GOLD.

i would not touch your turbos. first rule of thumb dont fix it if it aint broke. if u can run that number now why change a perfectly good turbo setup. second how does that n1 exhaust sound.

If that's 330 rwhp @ 10 psi, don't touch a bloody thing!
