Turbo simplification questions...please help!

Have the rats nest device complete removed...wow what a pain.

I broke two solenoids on the "rack". ARE THEY INTERCHANGEABLE with other solenoids as long as I plug into the correct electrical connector. It appears the connectors are universal for the solenoids on the rack. so, for example i can remove/relocate the plugs and use an unbroken solenoid.

The purge control solenoid do look different that the rack solenoids correct? it is just that I have them all out and want to make sure I dont connect "rack" solenoids for the purge or turbo control one from the daigram.

Also the ACV has been removed and instead of unscrewing the disconnected connectors from the removed acv I will just add 330ohm/0.5watt resistors right to everything that is directly wired to the acv?

Yes, I read about plugging in the empty solenoids to correct the resistance to the ecu but the acv and a device under the UIM are large electrical devices and would be cumbersome to keep unused just to assimilate the correct resistance.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Lastly, I removed the two tubes from the ACV via two 10mm bolts on the pass side of the LIM that also hold the wiring harness. Do the BOP kits out there give a plate for this?

Who has the most complete BOP kit? need EGR, AWS, ACV, DT and the plate that mounts the air tubes on the pass side LIM.

thanks
nick

got ot k2rd.com for block off plates, its where I got mine.

1. Solenoids are interchangable. As long as they are working
2. I just use 330ohm on all unused connectors. Most of the connectors are just solenoids connector, no high current stuff. So the resistor should be okay.

IF your car is california, you will get code 16, EGR. to fix the EGR code, do a search for "EGR removal relay". There is a fix by someone here by using relay.
