turbo precontroller soleniod??

turbo precontroller soleniod??
If this is leaking air to the outside will it cause my boost levels to stay really low?

Your turbos should be acting up between 3k and 5k rpm if that's the only problem.

can anyone point me in the right direction to get one. I snapped the lower part off and jerry regged it together. HELP

oh ya I was replacing the vaccum line
