Took the car to the dyno....

Dynoed the car last Wednesday. The humidity was about 90% and it was over 90 degrees. Not a good day to be tuning the car.

The car made 315rwhp and 298 torque. I know the car can make atleast another 35rwhp. It is still running pretty rich but we didn't want to lean it out too much do to the humidity. Next time I will tune and dyno the car when the humidity is more normal. I will take it to the track this Wed. to see if the power gain improves my 1/4 mile time. Last time I dynoed the car it made 293rwhp. Here's a pic of the car on the dyno.
Thanks Mohammad (MZM International) next time we will make more power

Nice numbers! I dunno if I'd guess there was 35whp more in there based on your mods but nice numbers none the less.

how did you get so much torque? with my old engine I dynoed 315/265 @ 12 psi. Ihave never heared of a 3rd gen that has almost as much TQ as hp. Except that one guy at my dyno meet that had like 270 TQ and 250 HP, that was a bit odd.

The runs were made at 14 psi.

The reason I say another 35 rwhp is because this car has made 340rwhp with fewer mods. The 340 dyno was about 19 months ago. (Before I had the car.) The car has been running very rich (still is) for the last year...10:1 from 4900rpms on. It was probably running alot richer than that but dyno sniffer doesn't go any lower than 10:1.

350rwhp and 315 torque is the goal. (Non-ported motor)

That is alot of torque, you should get 340+ hp with that much peak tq. Did it take a plunge anywhere? Any chance you could get a scan of the sheet?

You're getting the torque from it being that rich.

Running that rich for a long period of time isn't good for your engine internals......prolly a lot of buildup on the rotors. Also, the potential for oil dilution is much greater.

The car looks very nice, btw
