Supporting mods is this enough to run higher boost?
I was wonder if my stock system can handle 13 or so Psi setting.
My mod's are basic ~
STOCK ECU
Koyo radiator
3inch Dp
RB DT catback
HKS intakes
NGK plugs and wires
Knightsports FCD
Knightsports EBS III Boost controller
Walboro 255
Can I run 13psi without harm to the engine?

Well I was hoping the FCD would counter act that. The Knightsports FCD (Fuel cut defencer) It removes the top speed limiter and prevents it from running lean. Wouldn't it detect it and boost the fuel automatically.
"The FCDF is a fuel cut defencer and removes the speed limiter (180 km) for 3rd Generation RX-7's. An RX-7 owner using a stock ECU who has a few mods or planning to do so will find this useful. This unit will prevent your car from running lean (starving the engine of fuel), which can seriously damage the engine."

I'd rather just buy a pfc there no point in buying stuff that has to go eventually... (I do plan on going single probably a to4Z or something along those lines...)

This does *NOT* boost your fuel in any way shape or form.
Get a new ECU or buy a lottery ticket

You can do all the mods you want, throw in another engine too if you don't buy a new computer. Tune Tune Tune , that is why everyone blows their first fd up. I wouldn't go too far at all without a retune. Actually the first thing people should do is the computer. Power fc works great. You could turn it up to 15PSI safely then. ( as long as the restrictor pill is removed) I bought mine on ebay for 700, but that was awhile ago. Now I run Tech3R. $$$$$$$$$$$$$

I own a J-Spec FD, and it has a speed limiter (180km/h) .
All Japanese cars have that speed-limiter...

Since it's made by knightsports, I assume it's made for the Japanese market, and they all have the speed limiter...
