93 Series 6 RX7 Lights Stuck Up

Can any one help.. My lights are stuck up and wont retract. I have checked the obvious.. fuses etc.. Thinking it may be a relay?? Any ideas..

Most obvious, the manual popup switch that on the dash is not engaged?

Retractor button or Retractor fuse. It shouldnt be the relay, because if it was, you would still be able to flip them up and down using your retractor button. The fuse is located in the box next to your battery, second one from the bottom I believe. That is most likely the problem.

this has probably been long fixed, but there is a manual control attached to the headlight motor under the hood that you can use to retract and put the lights up
