3" is stock and is fine.
ebay rotors are fine. of course they are not racing rotors and are the same u get in the parts store. if u get a good price then u made out. i have ebay rotors when i changed the breaks last.
but for racing ebay rotors wont cut it for hardcore types.

a lot of the parts on ebay are copies of real parts but made in lower cost locations using lower quality materials. a lot of the times the stuff doesn't fit right. almost all the times, the parts are sold as is so if you have any problems you're **** out of luck (kinda like buying from the rx7store except cheaper).

I bought some ebay slotted/drilled rotors almost 4 years ago. The seller's name was raceconcepts or something similar to that and they were Brembo (or at least they came in Brembo packaging). I've only put about 5k miles on them over the past 4 years and I don't race or abuse my car much, but I haven't had any problems and the zinc or cadmium or whatever plating is on them has prevented rusting, so they still look very good. The rotors were cheap compared to others, I think I paid about $175 shipped for fronts and rears, but at the time I figured that if they turned out to be crap then I didn't waste a whole lot of $$$$.
