alright so im rebuiling my engine and im gunna do a street port, the only problem is i have about a month to pass emissions before the suspend my registration, and i know its hard to pass with a street port, so im tryin to find some tricks to pass without a fuel managment system

 

Lots of people have passed emissions with a street port. Go to the West regional forum - there is a sticky on top about passing emissions in California (were I would assume it is harder to pass than from where you come from).
