stock alternator pulley with greddy water pump pulley?

stock alternator pulley with greddy water pump pulley?
is there to make these two work with no emissons?

I made an idler that sits where the air pump was .Small crank pully larger water pump pully any any size alt pully I want . Now I am mounting a large GM internal fan alt with the smallest pully I can make,to get more amps at idle speed .

how bout..... does anyone know the belt size needed to use if you are taking off the air pump and keeping the stock water pump and alternator pulleys?
