Still leaking coolant
So the upper radiator hose went on me last week. I replaced it with a stock one last Thursday and was it leaking any more as far as I could tell. I opened up the filler neck twice since then and had to add a little coolant, but not much. This morning I had to fill it up a little more again but this time I also put some in the ast. When I got to work early I chilled in my car a little while, when I got out I noticed coolant on the floor. Did I over fill the coolant?

If you did just an ok job of purging air from the system, it is likely that this would happen. Also, if your radiator hoses are going there are plenty of other hoses that may be in bad shape. Try the turbo coolant hoses or the throttle body hose.
If you're seeing a lot of smoke on startup it's likely you have a blown coolant seal.

No smoke at start up. I just saw coolant on the ground after parking, with the under tray still in tact it's hard to tell where from though. I thought I saw some wetness by the top of the radiator hose I just installed, I tightened the clamp a little more and I hope that fixes the problem.

So still leaking, but little drops. Over night there is the tiniest puddle under the car. I pulled the intake to check the other clap and what do I see? The upper radiator hose is collapsed on it's self. I take the coolant cap off and it immediately pops back to what it should be. Watching my temp gauge like always, I don't see it over heating. Any ideas?

Try burping out the cooling system. I think air inside caused the collapsed hose. Also, if there is still a leak, get a coolant pressure tester to find the leak. Test or replace the radiator caps. Here are some links from the 3rd gen section that may help.

If that hose is collapsing, you have a lot of vacuum in the system. This could be from something with the radiator cap or the hose to the overflow tank.
As the system heats up, it expands, and pushes extra coolant over to the overflow tank. As it cools, the system sucks coolant back from the overflow tank. If it can't suck that coolant back, you'll have a vacuum in the system, and it will find a way to "seal" itself.
Just air in the system will probably not cause that.
