Arrow stick vs. the auto..

ive been trying to search this subject, and im getting nothing. so im sorry if this topic has been covered numerous times, but im kinda new to the rx7 thing. i used to own a 05 rx8 and i know the manual was alot faster, is it the same with the rx7's?

this will be my nice weather car, and im kinda sucky at driving stick so im kinda curious

Sporty Cars....

I think the RX7 is a purebred sports car. Manual is the only way to go IMHO.

i agree 100% also when you drive stick you pay more attention to the road so its safer imo

The auto trannies on these cars suck. Do not get one unless you plan to convert it.

I agree with everyone about sport cars being stick. There should'nt have been an option when it came to these cars. Tiptronic sucks!! They still take the fun out of driving. The only real tiptronic are in Ferraris'...so far

I had an auto FD once. It's now a manual, and I have to say....it's no contest. The manual tranny is by far greater than an auto.
