Question Squeaks, Squeaks!

Just added sound dampening material to the doors and spare tire area.

Less road noise now, but the Squeaks are still aplenty. Seems like suspension related.

New shocks, struts, tie rods.

Been tightening every bolt and screw that I run across.

Are there any "normal suspects" for the source of Squeaks?

thanks!

Does your hatch squeak? My suspension squeaks in the back a little on big bumps.

Hatch doesn't seem to squeak. Sounds appear to be coming from the front wheel well areas. (among others)

How old is the stock setup? Might be time for something new/improved, depending on how harsh you want your ride.

That can be fixed by adjusting the hatch or putting some electrical tape on the latch.

The '93s have been known to have the hood squeak. The bumper stops sometimes need to be raised. Check our Rob Robinette's site.

Try pushing your front fenders in and checking for movement. Mine moved a little which cause front end squeaking.

My hatch squeaks some too. I'll have to try the electrical tape. I've read some of Rob's site. Good info!
