Sparkplug Antisieze?

Searched for this first. Do you use antisieze on your sparkplugs? If so what kind.

Same here. They sell various brands at auto parts stores.

Always use anti seize on spark plugs! Don't spend too much time searching for brands, what's most important it that you use it. FYI.. If you can find it, Never Seez Pure Nickel is the best. Next to that, the copper based ones you find at the store work pretty good.

Its copper based I think. You want to use enough to coat the threads. A nice medium to light coat. Be sure to wipe off any excess.

Before I used antiseize, I used engine oil. Now I just bought whatever brand I can get from the autoparts store.

I would never put a spark plug into an aluminum part like a cylinder head or our rotor housings without a medium coat of the stuff on the threaded part. If you're reusing the plugs, be sure to clean out the threads with a paper towel before applying the new coat.

i haven't used one either... no issues. plugs are just hand tightened anyways, so taking them out hasn't been an issue.

excessive antiseize will make the spark plug run colder

I've seen plugs become "permanent residents" of the housings....better safe than sorry to those of you not using anti-seize.

Just what I was thinking....but more along the lines of "Why not?" Couple of dollars at most for a tube and 30 seconds to put a little on.
