I see a lot of posts about sparkplugs and how long they last, how about how long stock sparkplug wires last?? I had sluggish performance at around 240,000 and found that my wires were toast!! Sure runs good now!!!

My plug wires were originals on my car til about 200 miles ago. Man, it made a HUGE difference when I swapped them out. In the Mazda manual, it recommends changing at 60k miles.

 

I would normally recommend tham being changed by 50k-60k miles...
