So glad I changed these out!
So glad I changed these out!
Man my idle was dropping to around 400 to 500 at times, and i knew i was do on the plugs since the owner before even changed them. Now it runs like a charm.
would faulty plugs lead to rpm's dropping off even though the gas is depressed more and more? This is more of a general question b/c no one on the grand am boards could help me. Say I am driving at about 40mph..i press the gas slightly and if i don't keep depressing the gas pedal more and more, then the rpm's drop off about 500rpms+ and then get stuck. By getting stuck, i mean that i can depress the gas pedal more and the cars sounds to be struggling and finally a second or two later will increase rpms and get unstuck. Anyone know if plugs could be the problem or what might be?? My car only has 38,200mi on it. Maybe b/c it's a GM
yea..i do have an auto(if that question was addressed to me) Also, i do have an intake on my lil 2.4 that remains in the engine bay. Even though i made a cold air extension for it, i still had these problems. Any clues?
