Slow Spool-up on Primary

I've been through all of the turbo troubleshooting guides and searched this site for my specific issue to no avail.

The primary turbo does not hit full boost until 3500-3800 rpms. It holds the boost once it gets there and the transition into the secondary turbo is just fine. I have searched for leaks and have found none.

I am running a 11-10-12 pattern, but that primary turbo just doesn't seem to be in any hurry to get to full boost.

Mods are listed below in signature.

Any ideas?

Full boost at 3500rpm sounds normal to me.

I thought that full boost for the primary turbo was supposed to happen at or before 3000 rpms?

slow boost on primary

I have the same problem. I've a PFC, large M2 IC, dp, k/n filter, catback. 10psi doesn't happen till 4000rpm. I'm checking my silicon hoses, checking the pre-control actuator and the turbo actuator. IF this doesn't work, i'm going to put a bleed valve for the pre-control or get the wastegate controller at www.dawesdevice.com. Let me know if you've found anything.

Sorry to bring the thread back from the dead, but I have same problem now. So I was just wandering if anyone had solved this problem and what was it.
