simple gauge question
I'm looking to get a boost gauge and temp gauge and see there are 55mm adn 60mm sizes. Does this just depend on what you are mounting it to or is there a specific size everyone uses in 3rd gens?

You will also find a limited selection of pods for the 60mm size. The autometer a-pillar pod only comes in 52mm (not 55, i think), but lots of ppl will use a Dremel and make the bigger gauge fit. The RE and Pettit column mount pods also only accept the smaller gauge.
It's all in how much work you want to put into making the gauges fit properly.

never seen 55 mm. 52mm and 60 mm are the most common.
Remember...just like everything else, you get what you pay for...gauges included.

It will hold (3) 52mm (2-1/16") gauges. Then there is the Tri-Power unit, but it only holds (2) gauges.

Besides...I don't think the system truly splits off a true "center channel", just diverts both sides of the stereo signal into a mixed signal up front. I'm probably wrong. I dont know what I'm writing. Stop me.

You could try to talk some company into making one for your fantasy-written-out-on-paper car.
