Silicon Vacuum Hose
I just bought this 93 rx and was told to put an Aluminum Radiator And Change The Vacuum Hoses To Silicon. Does Anyone Know The Size Vacuum Hose I Should Use And Where To Buy Them? Thanks For Any Info.

You can get silicone or viton (much better) from High Temperature Silicone at:

There is a long thread on this:

As far as those sizes go, 3.5mm and 4.0mm does the bulk of the lines. There are some oversized vacuum lines that require 6.0 and 8.0mm line (PCV, purge lines, and a couple random ones).
There is a 'kit' of sizes that I found to be nearly double what I needed when I cut the hoses to size without waste. HighTempSilicone seems to have excellent quality and prices, although baker precision, summit racing, mcmaster-carr, and various RX-7 specific supplier will also carry it. IMO, spend a little more and wait a few extra days if necessary to get the 'right' stuff. Too much work goes into this job to put in crappy hose.

If you're looking to do your own hose job, there are plenty of people on here that can help you out. It's a tedious job that takes plenty of time a patience, but you can do it and I highly recommend it if you are serious about maintaining your FD yourself. Here's a couple of threads that are worth a look before you dive in.

Don't forget Max Cooper's staple writeup, (http://www.maxcooper.com/rx7/how-to/...als/index.html)
and I did one too (http://web.newsguy.com/geesaman/Write-up.PDF)
PS: Jonski, I agree with you: the rats nest simplification isn't a turbo control simplification. DTC and emissions solenoids don't affect turbo control.
