Y-Pipe Boost Leak
Me, and a couple of buddies installed an Efini Y-Pipe on my car last weekend. We really did not run into much trouble, and had a good time with it. I could not drive the car throughout the week because of Snow on the roads. I finally got to take it for a spin yesterday, and I am having a problem. My secondary Turbo is only spooling to about 2psi. The Primary is hitting 12psi like it is its job, but Something is up with the secondary. Anyone have a problem like this before? Is there a specific thing I should check? Doesnt seem like anything is loose, and we took our time, and did it right. Any Help Would Be Great!! Thanks, Mike

Get the vacuum diagram out and check your lines. There's a vacuum line going to the butterfly valve in the Y-pipe - if that's mixed up with one of the other lines in that area, you'll have no secondary boost.
Should be pretty easy to find.
The other possibility is the 90 degree hose from the Y-pipe to the charge relief valve. If it's not on tight, or if it's old, hard, and cracked, it can and will leak boost. But, I don't think it would leak THAT much boost.
Anyhow, start with the vacuum hose diagram. Should take like 5 minutes to verify everything.

Print that sucker out and keep it handy. VERY helpful for under the hood work!

Check the vacum hoses on the back of the Y-pipe (facing towards the driver's side fender). There are two vacum hoses there, check to make sure they werent switched or anything, also re-check all the vacum hoses that you disconected during the instal.

Or, you popped loose / pinched / broke a vacuum line in the area - CCA, for example.
PS: nobody knows 'the answer' because secondary operation and primary operation both depend on a number of parts operating correctly, and those parts have a number of hoses and solenoids controlling them. You have to look around for things out of the ordinary or do tests to narrow it down.
