Setting REV limiter @3K with PFC?

Can I set my Rev limiter on my PFC w/commander
to 3K RPMS??? And if I do, and someone tries
to drive it. Would it be bad for the motor???

bet you wondering why i would do that..

I planning on getting my car painted and etc
soon. And I am sure it will take a couple of weeks
for it to be done.. I don't want NO *******
to be able to take my FD3S on JOY ride
and tear her up. Even if its for a mile or two.
I write down mileage everytime the car is servced
but I rather be sure and avoid any head aches..

Thanks

Sweet man!!! Just make sure you get the engine bay and all the interior painted as well. That car will be money with a new makeover! About the 3K Rev limiter.... that sounds very feasable. I dont see how it would hurt the engine in anyway especially only being used for a small period of time.

Sweet.

Just wanted to make sure before I start
messing with it..

I am not letting no Painter go into my engine bay.
Fucz no.. When the day come when I need a
rebuild and etc. I got a bottle of flat white paint waiting
just for the occasion.

As far as Painting interior like center console. and etc.
Would it look right being painted???
I was planning on getting carbon fiber stuff for the
interior later on...

No..... I meant paint the interior of the body. If you dont want the bodyshop to touch your engine bay why dont you just take most of the stuff off yourself and then tow it over there? IMO you should get it all done at the same time so it is done right.

I understand that...but WhiteRXseven said "painting interior parts like center console. and etc."...

I HOPE you don't have a center console in your engine bay

You should do that and pull the commander out so they cant F with it. Your car would look sweet with a money paint job.
