Sequential Tranny

Any one done it yet? The car I just bought has a blown auto in it.. sequential would be fun.. if not its 5spd swap..

Well, 5spd swap it is I sold Godzilla and picked up a nice 7 but it has a blown auto.. stupid paperweight..

there was some kind of shifter being marketed in japan that i used to see around that claimed to allow your regular manual to work similar to a sequential without the full conversion. i'll look for the link. i think it was demonstrated on a skyline or 240sx.

ive seen the website for the true sequential box....they run $20-25k IIRC. But it would be nice to see someone finally do it and give a review

Yeh, that thing sits about a foot above the normal shifter (rally style). You only have to move your arm about 6 inches from the wheel to stick, so you can get some nice fast shift, but damn, that thing is ugly!!
