Where did you purchase all the parts to reseal your TB ?
Do you have part numbers ?
Does everything move freely without any type of resistance ?

Thanks in advance...

no need for all that, a little of green penetrating lock tite, and my leak is gone. just a couple of drops around the outer edge of the bearing and the air leak is gone.

There is a bit more resistance but not too much. The only time I notice it is when I first drive the car. After a few stabs of the skinny pedal I can't feel it. As for parts I just went to a hardware store with the throttle body and started putting pieces together.

I second the stock TB with BDC porting. Mazda's parts are a very good starting point and sometimes are ok as is.

Please notice that this product does not mate well with any of the inlet elbows designed to work with the stock throttle body....because this is a poorly engineered product.

I would say that almost all systems and throttle bodies will have some small leaks. The reason most will not notice them is because they are too small to make any difference. Take a straw and put a pinhole in it and blow. How much pressure are you losing? NILL unless you have a very large leak, you ain't going to have any performance problems.

In the same way that it doesn't port match the intake manifold, it does not port match the elbow.
