What do you guys think of the porting work? The YouTube comments appear to be somewhat... uncritical

That would be the cliff notes version.

yeah im surprised the comments were pretty non critical. But its exciting to start doing the engine builds myself/inhouse so no one can hold information hostage. My whole channel is about sharing what i learn.

What happened to the Able guy? Last time that I watched one of his videos he was always at the guy's shop and wouldn't let anyone else touch his stuff.

Been watching robs videos for years. Didn’t realize he posts on this forum. Been rotary fanatic for decades. So to see it still progressing is awesome.

Have fun!

Doing the bulk of your own work frees up a BUNCH of funding and nagging concerns about if care is being taken with your build.

Props to you for bringing it inhouse! Though, I'll still give you grief for using an Adaptronic on an otherwise epic build!!

I think they broke up lol

They had a disagreement or falling out, Rob was not happy, he made a video or long written post about it somewhere.

Rob’s channel has been fun to watch the 4 rotor all wheel coming together, the 3 rotor, 2 rotor C5 vette and not the C8 4 rotor....fun stuff!

In the comments he said that it's a stock engine. I'm blown away that these engines can hold 30+ psi in stock form even if it's for only a few dyno pulls.

I can see why he added extra fuel for safety at the start. Crazy power for a stock engine.

Represent Rob

Rob I have watching your vids for a long time. Glad to hear your doing your own builds. You are definetly educating people out there on how good the rotary can be. With that said please put a vmount on the vette and go spank some corvette owners. That would really make my day. Brap on Rob.

That means alot man! Im so fortunate that i get to make these insane rotaries. but ive learned so much that i want to share. Tired of all the **** shops preying on peoples fears and uncertainty on the engines reliability.

Rotary corvette tuning video was great and produced huge hp numbers....the glance over toward the dyno with consternation was great!

haha thank you. Im compiling a no nonsense list of the most economical way to hit power ranges reliably. Including sharing my maps and setup. Tired of seeing shops pretending its secretive and ripping off the new people getting into rotaries. Going to blow a couple 2 rotor to show the limits of certain things versus trusting the hearsay without evidence. Least i can do for the community thats made my projects possible

Another great one.

Rob, have you ever looked at getting your rotor housings refinished (or rotors too)? A few shops seem to offer the service, but it looks like there haven't been a lot of reports on the results.

They're called haters and concern trolls... don't let the haters get you down. If they can do better, let's see it.

I love the work on all your projects, Rob. Keep doing what you're doing (I was nervous the forklift was going to tip over).

Brap on Rob

Rob i have been following your channel for many of years. I unsubscribed to your channel after the episode of the rotary vette not spanking those ls1 vettes. I was also disappointed when the 3 rotor did the roadcourse. With that said I have been secretly watching your channel. Today I have to admit I am proud of the work you are doing and after I write this thread I am going to subscribe again. Thank you for all those great videos have blessed us rotards with and forgive me for not given you the support you deserve. Brap on brother and keep up the good work. One day I will have the ***** to learn how to build a rotary engine. For now I have blessed with Kilo Racing but he is getting close to retirement and then I am left with all those shady shops that give rotaries a bad reputation. Soon I will start to learn how to build my own engines also. Brap on brother.
