resistor(s) question

anyone have any idea what resistance/watt resistor(s) i need to get rid of my knock sensor code?

You could trace it back to the harness and pull it from the harness and save yourself some money

Pulling the wires from the harness is not going to change the resistance the ECU sees.

SO if the circuit gets 0 volts instead of the 4.98v that it would see before how does it not change the way the computer sees it?

ECU code #5 means that the ECU has detected that the knock sensor circuit is open (it sees infinite resistance) or a short (it sees no resistance).

Pulling the wires from the harness will make it see the former.

On the stock ECU or the PFC? Never had a problem with the PFC showing codes
