Replaced oil pan gasket, now check engine light on!
I just changed my oil pan gasket and did a compression test. When I started the car all was well. When I drove the car with no boost, all went well. I decided to punch it... The car starts to boost and then roughly at 3k the car seemed to just jerk and stops boosting. Now the check engine light is on? All the temps are fine and the car seemed to drive fine on ye way home with no boost... Any ideas?
Ok so I did some troubleshooting and came to the conclusion that it has something to do with the secondary turbo... The car boost fine just untill the second turbo is about to kick in. Once I get to roughly 10 psi the car jerks really hard... What could this be?
I checked the codes...
There was 3
15
16 and 50... I checked to see if there was anything unplugged and there was nothing... I xhecked for the codes a second time an now there is only code 16, which is the EGR switch...
What now?
