Just unbolt your A/C system. Take everything that's A/C related out and put it in a box. Take the power steering pump off. Look the top of the steering box, the top two hoses coming out of it. Cut those metal hoses off so that there is 1inch remaining and get a peice of fuel line and clamp those two top remaining metal hoses together with the fuel line. Make sure you top off the steering rack with fluid.

AC you need to remove the condenser which is under the radiator, all the lines and the tank which has the sight glass. very easy with the engine out otherwise it may be a pain to get the lines out unless you dont car about bending them but make sure you have someone bleed down the refrigerant first.
Power steering very easy just remove the power steering unit and catch the fluid because it will eat you paint if it sits on it. the just plug the lines to keep the fluid in the rack.

Just did these 2 things last night but my motor is out so it took about 10 minutes.
