I thought they spoke English in NY. If you want help you might want to be a bit more descriptive and direct.

ok the line from turbo to wastgate is unrestricted as i just took it off and looked at it...and when i taped that line off for std as DAVEW sayed i hit realy high boost 2o psi fast

my car is 5 speed and if that line is for automatics only

so should i just keep std line taped as it might be cousing a boost leak
and turn the boost down some how

can any one point me in right direction

That line should not have any tubing on either end... So it's normally just open at both ends, unless someone has attached it by mistake to something.

Arrow

thanks DaveW on the info i was able to fix std line problem i left the both sides unhooked and reconnected the vacuum line to proper place.....

but their is steel one more thing

http://img188.imageshack.us/my.php?image=img0069p.jpg

vacuum line shown above....marked with red..... got nothing inside... its just straight line...i read that their is suppose to be some kind of restriction in it to keep the boost down.....

i do have manual boost controller would that be able to solve over boosting problem

or

should i just tap of the line in the back of wastgate witch should give me only minimal boos of 7-9psi

line shown in pic below.....marked red

If there is no "pill", then the boost should be lower - it should be the wastegate spring limited value of 7-8 psi. What year is your car? The later cars had the restriction incorporated into the nipple on the actuators.
