I would say it would be the pipe diameter, larger=louder.
Get a minimum of 3 inch manderal bent (which I believe they are) for your FD
Blitz is a good company I would go with it, if it is a decent price. They are cheaper now then back in the day (especialy used)
I guess the long drawn out answer for your question is the Blitz Nurspec R exhaust system is the race version (aka) larger diameter pipe. I hope that helps!
Get those restrictive cats off your car as soon as possible (high flow cat) ELIMINATE THE PRE-CAT IMMEDIATLY

The difference is Nur-Spec R has a removable silencer and the rated average sound level is 98 db with silencer (this number was found on Blitz website ). It will probably be louder than that if you have a downpipe and/or midpipe.

Doesn't the R come with a midpide that removes the stock cat? I believe the R is the two piece. twomuchboost4u had that setup before.

yep, it does, it comes with a sports cat. What I meant was if he is running a midpipe with the NurSpec R cat back, it will be louder than it's rated.
Here is the Blitz official webpage on Nur-Spec R: http://www.blitz-performance.com/ind...index&cPath=36
