Im getting wires for a s5 t2 (cause of the coil packs im using) now on plugs should I go to the dealer and get plugs for a s6 (95) FD, or can source same quality plugs at say Advance or Autozone? I know they sell nippon and NGK

I got my NGK's at advance. Just tell them the part number you need not what car it is for or they might tell you they do not have them. They usually have them in stock too!

3rd gen wires are pretty short. If your using 2nd gen coil packs you should be using 2nd gen wires. Dont ask me how I know.
