Lightbulb Pulling Turbos: drain engine oil first?

Is in necessary? Or does the oil settle into the oil pan and not flow out the oil return lines?

You don't really have to drain the coolant. I just used some 3/8"? vacuum caps and quickly plugged the lines when I pulled them off. I only lost about a cup of coolant. Just make sure to burp the system after.

Exactly - I drain and replace the coolant whenever it's convenient - lets me feel more comfortable about not 'flushing' it.
