anyone know where exactly the other end of the tube that connects to the primary bov is located?

One end goes to the stock Y-Pipe, the other goes into the stock airbox.

The smaller vacuum line comes from the passenger side UIM.

crap i think i mixed up the primary turbo and the secondary .. the one closest to the front of the car .. i think thats the primary .. if so .. where does the vacuum line for that bov go to?

Passenger side of the UIM. There are two nipples on that side. Most people use one of the nipples for a boost gauge and the other is used for the BOV (or ABV as it's referred to in the FSM).
