Ported wastegate, now new problem..
Got everything back together after the ported wastegate, started the car, played with the throttle a little bit and then tried to let it idle. Idle stayed for a little bit a 750 with about 5vac, then slowly died off. I checked over and everything was in its right place. Do I just have a vacuum hose in the wrong place? Or did I just put it back together wrong? Can anybody give me some sort of guess?

The car sat fo a couple of weeks before it got put back together, should I try just driving it around the block and then see what happeans?

Ran the car, all the smoke cleared out. But with ac off idles low and lumpy with a low vac. But when ac is on idle goes up, is much smoother, and vac is 14-15. What could this mean?

14 or 15 at what RPM? If it is idling at 800rpm or so and sitting at 14 or 15 it's OKAY, if the idle is up to about 1200 or so and at 14 or 15 you have a vacuum leak or a seal may be stuck. Let the car run and get to operating temps. If that doesn't fix it try to run a little ATF into the housings to help unstick them if you like.
